Community Conversations - ADDITIONAL SESSIONS ADDED

As we continue a school year like no other, the Superintendent and Board of Education members would like to hear directly from our parents. These will beheld in a small group Zoom meeting (less than 25 people) so we can engage in a dialogue about this school year. Note: Additional sessions on November 12th and December 3rd were added.

Please click on the headline to see what items will be in our upcoming meal bags. We feed on a first-come basis, so please arrive early if possible. (If we run out of the planned menu items, we may have to substitute items and/or direct you to another distribution location.) GOOD NEWS: Federal regulations have recently changed. Starting October 1st, we are able to provide supper at ALL our sites (including Brightwood & Monterey Highlands)!

Do you know an AUSD staff Game Changer?

Teachers and staff members are working extra hard during Distance Learning. But do you know of an AUSD employee who deserves some special recognition? Please take a few moments to applaud exceptional AUSD employees through our AUSD Badges program.
Nominate any AUSD staff member for the “Beyond the Call of Duty” or the “Spotlight” badge to make them eligible to be selected as one of our two monthly Game Changers. Each month, we select two Game Changers. Each one receives a $100 award from Schools First Federal Credit Union and recognition by the AUSD Board of Education.
